Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Turiya Digitals unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Where a signed proposal or service agreement defines different terms, that agreement will prevail.

You may request cancellation by emailing us with the project name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.

• If cancellation is requested before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to payment processing fees.
• If work has started, we will assess the completed scope and determine a pro-rated refund for the remaining unperformed work.
• Milestone-based projects are refundable only for undelivered milestones.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate or excess payments.
• Services not yet initiated or delivered.
• Service delivery materially deviates from the agreed scope and cannot be remedied.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed work and delivered milestones.
• Third-party costs, licenses, or tools purchased on your behalf.
• Expedited or priority service fees.
• Services where access has been granted and substantially used.

To request a refund, email us at contact@turiyadigitals.com with your invoice number and a brief explanation.

• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Any applicable taxes or statutory deductions are handled according to Indian tax regulations.

Payment gateway and bank processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
